A brief Resume of Martha Mbombo

Ms. Mbombo has wealth of relevant industries expertise having served in various roles across multiple disciplines including Nursing, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development and Vocational Training and Education.

Her list of achievements includes setting up the National Health Training Centres in Windhoek and five Health Training Centers in the Regions. Further to that, she also made significant contributions to the development of the curriculum and standards for vocational education and training, through experience gained from exchange programmes to the Scottish Qualifications Authority and private companies in Scotland. Ms. Mbombo was also a key leader in the development of job evaluation and grading system in the Public Service, Human Resources Planning for the Public Service and furthering the development of Performance Management System for the Public Service, during her tenure at the Office of the Prime Minister.

She was instrumental in setting up the Administrative Systems for Oshikoto Regional Council during her service at the regional levels.

In addition to Qualifications in General Nursing and Midwifery, Ms. Mbombo holds a Master Degree in Business Leadership (MBL), from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and a Master of Health Personnel Education from the University of South Wales in Australia
