Division: General Services

Functions:

• Rendering of Administrative support services to the ministry.
• Planning and management of transport.
• Coordinate acquisition of office accommodation.
• Coordinate renovation of offices.
• Coordinate store procurement and supplies.
• Ensure general support services are rendered to the Ministry.
• To ensure programs and projects properly planned for and executed.
• To provide adequate transport facilities.
• Ensure adherence to government guidelines and procedure pertaining to procurement and stock control.
